Turnaround focuses attention on routine errors, allows timely and proportionate followup reducing ground damage and loading errors at point of use. Statistical data allows targeted inspections and audits to continuously improve the quality or turnarounds.
How does it work:

Turnaround asks minimal but critical questions about the A/C turnaround to both the pilots and ground crew, it can be completed in less than 20 seconds.

If an error is found, a picture is taken and the error corrected. If it is serious, Turnaround links the user to the operator’s safety reporting app for a full report.

Turnaround compares (verifies) the answers of the questions asked to both the pilot and the lead hand and sends live notification to the managers of the ground operations when the checklist is completed:
Green - Both pilots and ground crew agree the turnaround is ‘clean’ and there are no errors;
Amber - there is discrepancy between the pilots and the ground crew or an error was found and corrected;
Red - Both pilots and ground crew agree there is an issue that has been amended but risk barriers were degraded and a safety report has been completed.
